今天是國慶假期第六天，明天我也要去加班。我今天不知怎么的走到寬窄巷子，帶上我的相機(jī)找找國慶假期最后幾天的感覺。突然間我走進(jìn)一家曾經(jīng)是咖啡館，而現(xiàn)在是做面包的面包房。雖然是面包房，但依然可以久坐一會(huì)兒。于是我靜靜地坐下。也用相機(jī)記錄了一些美麗瞬間。于是我開始嘗試在這里冥想。醒來后開始明白找到最好出路的方式就是一路走到底。對(duì)啊，人生也如此，何必去計(jì)較那些不需要關(guān)心的事呢？不如放開手，一直走下去。

       Today is sixth of national day.  I will have an overtime tomorrow. I don’t know what I want to do. I walk to Kuan zhai Alley alone. Suddenly I discover a beautiful place. It’s a coffee shop. I remember it was a restaurant before. Don’t know how it changed a cafe. Then I feel so awesome when walk into it . I start try to meditation. Later 20 minutes, I understand that the best way out is always through. I continue to try meditation again in library in Sichuan in the morning. Suddenly I know what the integration of all things is . So happy!
