In the busy medical institution, every day is a race against time and life. However, at noon today, an ostensibly ordinary yet profoundly meaningful experience deeply touched my heart, giving me brand-new thoughts on management, care, and responsibility.

As an ordinary employee, I was extremely tired at the workplace this noon and wanted to find a place to take a nap. I originally thought I would face various restrictions and rebukes.
